Alef Menu provides a cloud-based digital menu platform for restaurants. The service includes a control panel at cp.alefmenu.com and a public menu at alefmenu.com/{restaurant-slug}. Features depend on your subscription plan (View Only, View & Order, or Custom).
2. Account & Access
Access to the control panel is granted after manual account activation by our team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are managed manually. There is no automated billing or credit card processing on this website. Contact us on WhatsApp to subscribe; our team will activate your account and invoice you directly. Pricing varies by country and plan. Subscription duration and renewal are agreed upon at activation.
4. Restaurant Owner Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu content (prices, descriptions, allergens, availability), timely order management if ordering is enabled, and compliance with local laws regarding food service and customer data.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Alef Menu for unlawful purposes, to distribute harmful content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alef Menu is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, order errors caused by incorrect menu data, downtime beyond reasonable maintenance, or third-party service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the control panel.
